DHL packet absolutely has to go to embassy?

We will have our interview in Ciudad Juarez, MX. After the interview can we have the card shipped to our home in Mexico DHL or do we have to wait for it to arrive in Juarez before we can return home?

We dont have immediate plans to enter the US. We have to put our mexican home in order before making the move over.

My wife which was a K-1 had her interview in CD Juarez back on the 27th of January and we chose to wait on the visa/passport to arrive at the local DHL office in Juarez (Lopez Mateos branch) since we were going to be coming back to the US once the visa/passport was on-hand. (We could of opted to have the package sent close to her Mexico home in Zamora, Michoacán if desired)

After the interview and once the case is approved, you can choose to have the visa/card/passport shipped to a local DHL facility that is close to your hometown in Mexico. No need to wait for package to arrive in Juarez if you don't have immediate plans to return to states. There are plenty of DHL locations throughout the country but expect the packet with your items to arrive at the local DHL location within 1 week or so? You will receive a DHL tracking number via email and will be posted online within 2 - 3 days after an approval at the consulate. The website is listed below...
