My wife and I filed for adjustment of status. We mailed the packet to the Chicago PO Box 4/16/15. Tracking shows it was delivered 4/18/15. We have not gotten any e-notification, or any confirmation that they recieved it. Is this amount of time normal...or did they loose it, without opening it?

As far as I know, they have 30 days to send your NOA1, so you should be getting notified soon. Have you checked if your check was cashed?

At this point, if you call USCIS, they will most likely just tell you to wait the 30 days out first. Unfortunately, all you can do right now is patiently wait for the 30 days to pass.
