HELLOOOOOOO ...ok.i sent out my i-601A this thursday April 30..most of the documents were a little old Ones from November 28 2014 and others from febrary 16 2015..anyone knows if USCIS could ask me for more recients proofs..??? Thanks.

I believe when approaching the I 601 waiver is to not base the appeal on only one topic. My wife's was approved on April 20 on our first attempt and she was subject to a 10 year ban. Look at how this affects your life in total not just one aspect ie.."financial." Look at things such as social alienation , lack of religious freedom,access to affordable and reliable health care and separation anxiety if you are away from your spouse. If you give the USCIS only one thing to focus on , they will do so in depth and that factor alone may not be enough to warrant an approval. I can not stress how important it is to organize your documents. Send them anything and everything. My wife sent copies of her degrees voluntarily had a police report run on herself to prove she was no criminal. IF you speak english state so in your application. When attaching your supporting documents, create an index and clearly mark the beginning of each section. The easier you make their job the more quickly they can determine in one shot, if additional supporting documents are needed.
