Timeline

Just want to ask if anyone knows if its possible apply CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage) in advance and send it to singapore US Embassy eventhough I have not receive packet 3 for requirements because according to NSO if overseas it will reach embassy within 6-8 weeks.When I called NVC they received our case 21 April 3 days later they will send it to Consulate.

Hi. Im from the phils. I dont know whats the process in Singapore (you are applying in singapore right? Correct me if im wrong)..

Anyway, as to the cenomar, in philippines' process, we carry the cenomar as one of the requirments at the time of our scheduled interview at consule office..
