Hi everyone!

I am due for my ROC soon (end of May). My husband and I moved out from his parents' house last September, however we didn't change our mailing address for the most part like DMV and others since we still use his parents' house for our mail, aside from our bills here at the apartment. Also, we still go home to his parents' house for at least 4 times a month. Thus I wasn't able to file change of address at USCIS/NVC, and for my ROC and everything in the future I will still be using his parents house as our mailing address, just because we feel that our mail are safer there and we know we will not be here in the apartment permanently. My question is, on the ROC form, it says Physical address, and mailing address, I believe I should put our apartment as our physical address...however, am I suppose to report our apartment address at NVC/USCIS even though our mailing address is still the same? and again, we moved last September, am I in trouble? Please help! Thank you!

we also move recently but we used our new address, same state but different city. but we change everything before we file my ROC. So it wont get us red flag. In my opinion you should change because you need to submit prof of evidence where you live bills etc. It should be match for everything, avoid hassle and don't send the papers almost in due.
