hvent used my married name yet so do i still need nso certified marriage certificate?

hi i just wanna ask if i still need nso certified marriage contract for cfo seminar thing? coz weve been married abroad and hvent changed my name yet ao we didnt report our marriage at the phil embassy in japan coz thats where we got married..so im still gonna use my old passport (the one with my single name on it) so is that oukay ? been tryin to call cfo office but i dunno why no ones answerin
