Hi all. My husband needs to renew his British passport, and in doing so, will have to send his current one back to England for the renewal. Does anyone know if he should remove the I-94 before he sends it off? Not sure if it is still needed. Of note, we will be applying for ROC in about a month.

Yes he mails it to the UK. They do return the old one. The I-94 does not have to be inside.

Removing conditions: He will need photo ID for the biometric appointment, but it doesn't have to be his passport.
