How to require transcripts of Tax for I-864?

Timeline

HI, I would like to know how to get the transcripts of tax return from past three years for form I-864.

Do I have to fill up any form through IRS? Can anyone walk me through the process of it, it's kind of confused by what I read from IRS website.

it should be very straightforward. They even have them available online now (they used to mail it to you):

Mar 18 2013: I-129F mailed to CSC Nov 15 2013: I-485 with EAD/AP filed at Chicago Lockbox

Sept 19 2013: Interview - Approved!! Jan 25 2014: EAD/AP Card Received

Oct 6 2013: POE - Chicago O'Hare June 2 2014: Permanent Resident Card Received!

Oct 27 2013: Wedding!
