Sent in the papers for AOS (2nd time after denied th 1st time)

Well, we sent in the papers for my AOS from K1 visa. Are they gonna cash the check if they accept my application or they don't? We just sent it in and I feel like crazy because I keep on monitoring our bank if they take the money yet. I'm thinking that if they don't accept my application they won't take the money, right? By the way we got denied the first time we applied for AOS due to insufificient income of my sponsor, I also posted about this before.

yes if they accept your application then they will cash your check. But in my case, I got the email/text notice first, then 1 day or two later, they cashed the check. So if you sent g-1145 with the package, you probably will get email/text notice before they cash the check.
