Hello VJ friends, i have a question, my son got approved by USCIS last march 30, i knew that the next step is the USCIS will then send his papers to the NVC, how long does it takes for us before we heard anything from them. i tried to call the nvc and they keep telling us to wait for 35 days, but according to the letter that we received form the uscis that NVC will contact the beneficiary, and that we have to wait for 30 days before we contact the nvc and that if the nvc will not contact us within 30 days, we need to email them. i really hope we can hear from them soon, I'm really hoping my son will be here before the school starts. Back in a day when my husband petitioned me, we can call the nvc and inquire but now the nvc always answered us that we need to wait for 35 days.looking forward for any reply :)
