K1 Visa Forms help

My Fiance had only been working since Sept so he cannot fully sponsor me.

His Aunt (who lives in Texas) is willing to co sponsor me. I presume this is okay? She makes enough and has 3 years of tax returns.

What forms do we need to get this process rolling? Also, when will his Aunt as the co sponsor need to sign the forms? When we first file the petition? or at the Adjustment of status stage? I'm very confused. She has asked me to send them to her so has them.

Can anyone help?
