Hello,

I an on Electronic processing and sent the folloiwng emails to NVC on different dates. I am the petitioner for my mom (IR5). When should be my scan date when I communicate to NVC rep? Also, I heard civil package only requires documents about my mom so I did not inlcude any document about me, e.g. my birth cirtificate, natualization certificate, marriage license in it but I email them later. Is it going to cause any problem? Thanks so much for your answer!

My emails to NVC

2/23: submitted I-864EZ via email

3/3: submitted AOS package via email

3/9: Submitted Civil package via email

3/25: Emailed my marriage certificate via email

3/30: Emailed my birth certificate, naturalization certificate, and marriage license

Emails from NVC:

3/26: NVC confirmation email: received my documents on 2/23

4/3: NVC confirmation email: Received my documents on 3/3

4/4: NVC confirmation email: Received my documents on 3/9
