Tried today to again call the Manila US Embassy at 2-301-2000 Ext 2224 but all I get is a recording, nobody answers the phone!

Anyone have any luck getting a status on their I-130's filed thru them? Its going to be 30 days this week since we filed and have heard nothing.

Already sent an email but just got the auto reply "30 to 60 days" wait time, the phone recording suggested making an appointment at infopass.uscis.gov and visit them in person. Really? They can't answer the phone?

Thanks anyone that can shed some help

Maybe they are closed for the holiday but keep trying till you get thru cause most likely you are approved if its been 30 days. Dont give up cause they are usually pretty quick. Also keep a check on nyour email for any responce. It took our app almost 30 days to be approved but I just kept callind and on the 25 we found out we were approved on the 19 the day after my last call and we got our MNL number that week and proceeded to call for an interview appontment which is the 15 of April. Good luck and keep calling till you get thru and get a decision.

We called today and the old lady told us still processing. Such a hassle to get an information and telling us oh you have to wait still early and keep insisting us that it will be notified thru email. 3 weeks and no sign of approval. ?

We called uscis today and finally they told us we're approved. They said it was approved March 10 same day that we filed. We have been calling them every week but they're reply is still on process. This makes us confused why they say it's in process when it's already been approved. Anyway, at least we already got the approval now we're just waiting for the packets to come in the mail.

Maybe your petition has been approved just call them ask for an update. Just be positive. Good luck :)

The petition has been approved last April 7, 2015 and was forwarded to the Immigrant Visa Unit last April 9, 2015. We have sent the approval notice on the address indicated on your application. You should also expect another notice coming from the IV Unit for your wife's visa process.

Thank you Lord!
