Thank you guys,

Yea this whole thing is very confusing for me and my fiance , we are kinda lost.
But , my fiance's mom will be the co sponsor , she is already gathering all the paperwork we need.

Ok so I don't need the NOA2 , that's good , because i've never received anything from the mail.
The mail service is Brazil sucks really bad !

My fiance is a Retired Marine does that change anything about the guidelines ?

Hi,

I assume if your fiancé is a Retired Marine he earns enough to sponsor you, are you sure you're following the Poverty Guidelines? If so, you don't need a co-sponsor. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Since he is not on Active Duty anymore I believe he needs 125% of HHS Poverty Guidelines.

Again, you don't need the NOA2 hard copy for now, but later on you need it for the AOS! Please make sure it was sent to his address. You can call USCIS.

You DO need the noa2 for adjustment of status for your green card when you are in the states.

You must get your fiancé to call and find out why you have not received it to the American address or to just get one which you might have to pay for.

This is very important.
