Is it possible to use Guam as the point of entry for my fiance coming from the Philippines? I have a flight for her for next week but it takes her manila to Guam to Honolulu then to the US. Will this be a problem for her??

No problem.

Guam is considered a POE so the big packet will be handed over at BC there.

It should not be an issue however, in case something does go awry, would you (meaning you, yourself) not want to be in the area with the most accessible airport?
