Hi,

I am married to a U.S. citizen, we have been married since November 2011. I got my green card in July 2012. I want to ask some questions

*Can I apply within 3 month of July 2015? I am planning to apply in April if that is allowed.

*I will be moving to another state in July? I can do the fingerpriniting here, but then the case will be transfered. What do you advice?

If you meet the other conditions (physical presence conditions and continuance residency condition), then yes you can apply three months before July 2015.

For your second question, as to what I would advise, I would advise you to wait until after you move to apply. Technically, there is nothing wrong with applying and then moving, but there are many examples of applications being delayed because USCIS fails to forward the application to the new local office. Unless you're in a hurry, the easiest thing to do would be to wait until you move in July, then wait the required 90 days in your new state, and then file your application.

Remember that if you file after you move, you'll have to wait 90 days.
