Hello,

Did you receive a checklist for the supporting documents you need to submit for your I130 visa application? If yes how long after your I130 was approved did you receive them and were they by post or by email?

My I130 was approved back in April 2013. We have recently paid the IV processing fee and we have access to the DS-260 on line.

I am trying to get the supporting documents together to submit my application. I need to get a police check from Hong Kong and they require me to provide a letter from the US proving that the police check is required for immigration purposes. The letter must state my name and say police checks are required. I don't have anything like this though. Do you? Bit confused. Not sure if something hasn't been delivered or what I'm supposed to do.

Thanks for any advice!
