Situation: Applying for AOS, Live in the US, Married to USC

Arrived in the US in 2004 in H4, Visited Canada in 2008 and came back in H4.

Currently in H1B and has a current / valid I-94 attached to the I-797A H1B Approval Notice which will expire in 2016, but has not been outside the country since 2008 when I was in H4.

What should we put on the following on Question 14:

If your relative is currently in the US, completed the following: He or she arrived as a: (I guess I should H4?)

Date arrived: (I guess July 2008 when I arrived from Canada?)

Date authorized stay expired, or will expire, as shown on Form I-94 or I-95: (Should I put the date on current / valid I-94 attached to the I-797A H1B Approval Notice or the white I-94 i received when I arrived from Canada in 2008)?

Please advise.

Yes last time you got to the States, duration is on current I-94, don't worry much they will look you up on system. Good luck.
