Hey guys! thanks for all the advice so far!

Im just looking over packet 4 instructions for before the interview.

When I read the list of what to bring, i'm wondering what these are about:

Copy of the U.S. petitioner status in the USA & Copies of documents proving petitioner’s U.S. domicile

Did everyone bring something like this to the interview?

Would my husbands bills, drivers license be examples of these?

Thanks in advance!

Nikki

Hi Nikki,

Petitioner's status in the USA would be a copy of his birth certificate or a copy of the biographic data on his passport.

Documents to prove petitioner's U.S. Domicile would be a rent lease or something like that.
