I-751 Hardship Waiver Interview

So...I just came from USCIS to get a stamp on my passport. I had filed a hardship waiver in August 2014 and I was not sure what was going to happen. I half expected to be denied at VSC. Apparently it was not and I am in line to be scheduled for an interview. They however would not give me a time frame. I actually got an extension for a whole one year till March 2016. I was told to expect an interview letter. I do not know whether there is anyone out there who has experienced a hardship waiver interview. Any experiences to share? Any lawyers?

Various hardships medically. my son and I have ailments that cannot be adequately treated in my home country. We have documentation by health professionals here in the US as well as in my home country to back that up. We also have a really bad health care system in our country and we have backup for that as well. Gave the listing of all the treatments we have been undergoing and offered evidence that we do not have the treatment back home.

Just came to understand from my lawyer that the USCIS gave me a standard response and that they just wanted me to stop asking questions. She had a I-751 Hardship waiver approved without an interview after an RFE. So, I may or may not be called for one but this waiting is driving me crazy.
