article-mesa2-0318.jpgARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTION Ryan Elliot Giroux, 41, was arrested Wednesday afternoon after allegedly shooting six people in Mesa, Ariz., killing one person.

A shooting spree across Mesa, Ariz. that left one person dead and five others injured ended with the arrest of an ex-convict Wednesday, police said.

The relieving end to a four-hour manhunt follows the heavily tattooed suspect Ryan Elliot Giroux allegedly first killing a man and wounding two women during an argument at a Tri-City Inn motel around 8:30 a.m., police said.

Is it okay to profile ppl with face tattoos? If I saw that guy on the street, I'd probably cross the street to get away.

They have this rule in Japan but in America you can enter a food place with tattoos on your face. No worries.
