I'm on Long Island, NY and we've barely gotten any snow this year... which is strange, because normally it starts in December and we get a few inches fairly often... and a foot at least once... so far we've gotten snow, like, twice - about half an inch both times. Very odd.

They're just being greedy. We haven't had any snow here to speak of. We just get rain. Even when its below 0! :wacko:

If this is their way of reminding us about the Kyoto treaty, they got things mixed up.
