I751 waiver denial and work permit

Hi everyone,

I tried to find the related information, but still confused. I was wondering if my i751 waiver was denied because I can not provide the divorce decree within 87 days of RFE, how is the chance to ask for the extension to wait for more time to finish the divorce? The other question is that, if the extension is denied either, then I will be out of status and cannot work anymore, is it correct?

Since after the denial, I will be sent to the immigration judge, if I can reopen/refile my I751, can I work during the new pending I751 application? Or I need to wait until i751 got approved?

Thank you for any response!

May I ask whether I will be able to work when I reapply I751 waiver? Does the denial of the first I751 waiver affect the later status? Thanks
