Hi all,

We recently received our NOA2 and believe our case will be/has been sent to the NVC. The beneficiary has changed address since we filed with USCIS. At what point can we notify the necessary people of the beneficiary's new address (still a UK address).

Thanks,

David

If you don't successfully change the address, when the DS-160 is filled out, use the new address and that is where the interview letter will go. It will serve as a change of address.

The beneficiary won't get the instruction letter, but you don't have to have the letter for anything. Your CEAC status will say "ready" to let you know when to start the London part since you won't get postal notification. London K1 instructions are here http://london.usembassy.gov/iv/fiance_instructions.html
