The CSC received my application on November 20, 2006. As of yet I have only received my NOA-1. While looking at the

K-1 processing dates I am seeing applications that were received after mine being approved and NOA-2 being received by the applicant. I have heard nothing from the USCIS and when I check the status of my application online it simply states received and pending. My fiance is from Colombia and the others that are being processed ahead of mine are from other countries. Does this have something to do with it? Could someone shed some light on this for me, please!

Where your wife or SO is from does not matter. And as to approvals they come in the order they come in, be patient. Some filings after yours will be approved first so don't get upset. You filed less than 90 days ago. You still may have a while to wait. Not much comfort in my answer but that is the way it is here. As to the website not changing, that is normal No activity and then one day, boom, you will see a change. Don't worry or get to bent out of shape. It is too long a process for that.
