I-131 Application

Hi there! Me and my daughter filed our AOS a couple of months ago and we already finished our Biometric and we both got a notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case and still waiting. When I filed my AOS, I also files I-131 and I already got approved and got my card. My husband is planning to travel outside the U.S. this summer but I'm worried we might not have our GC before our travel date. We are planning to file I-131 for my daughter so she can travel with us which I think it's the best thing we can do. My question is, since we already filed her AOS, do we need to pay for her I-131 application? I believe the I-131 application is free when you file AOS at the same time but I'm not sure if still works that way since we already finished the AOS process. I hope anybody can share their thoughts regarding my concern. Thanks in advance ?

No you do not need to pay the fee since you filed her AOS. Just include a copy of the NOA1 from the AOS application with your I-131.
