Transfer K-2 to different Embassy

Quick history. My Fiance was approved for her K-1 and received her Visa on 05FEB. We will travel to the US in April, her son lives in the Philippines and will follow in the Fall. His case is still at the Abu Dhabi Embassy in ready status and we need to get it transferred to the Manila Embassy. A member I trust said I should email the Manila Embassy and asked to have it transferred. I did that on 17FEB and have not heard anything. Am I doing the right thing, if not what should I do? Thanks for any advice.

My Fiancé xxx interviewed and received her K-1 Visa at the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We will want to bring her son to the US a few months after she gets there and we marry.

Please transfer the K-2 case from Abu Dhabi to the Manila Embassy for processing.

K-1 Case Number - ABDxxxxxxxxxxx 01 Status: Issued

K-2 Case Number - ABDxxxxxxxxxxx 02 Status: Ready

Can anyone help with this, please?

I am concerned the K-2 case will be canceled or returned to USCIS if it doesn't get transferred to Manila.

Do you contact manila to request the k2 file?just email manila and request to transfer your k2 case file..
