St. Luke Medical Exam - TUESDAY March 10th!

My fiancée is scheduled for her physical on March 10th.

After reviewing a lot of info here, we decided to "opt out" of the Day-Break scenario.

She has been living in Quezon during this process, and she'll leave there and begin "her rides" at about 5:00am - hoping to get to St.Lukes before 12:00 noon.

Hopefully, as we see others have done, she will complete "Day1" of her physical on Tuesday, spend the night locally, and go back when/where as instructed on Wednesday for her "Day2" (and final).

She'll spend Tuesday night somewhere locally and hopefully be finished early enough on Wednesday to take her "rides" back to Quezon Wednesday evening.

I did tell her that if she has time - she might want to venture over to the US Embassy neighborhood so she'll know where she's going for sure on her interview date of 25 March.

We're following Hank's Handy guide for getting her through her physical - and she's taking the appropriate copies of paperwork:

1 - passport and photocopies of her Passport "biographic data" page.
2 - copies of the visa/passport photographs.
3 - about 245 USD exchanged into pesos.
4 - copies of her St.Lukes on-line registration pages.
5 - copies of her most recent December 2014 X-Rays (from a former job).
6 - ORIGINAL COPY plus additional copies of her Embassy appointment confirmation page.
7 - her DS-160 Confirmation page (a photocopy too just in case)
I've checked Hank's list and about 20 other places over and over until I'm half blind, lol
Does it look like we have everything ready?
Thanks!

Have her bring a scarf, sweater, or jacket. Wife found it cold and she was there a long time waiting in between stations as well as waiting for the releasing of results.

Sounds like a good plan to me. Let us know how it worked out.

My wife and I went pre dawn and I waited with her until she got inside. As it turned out they kicked her loose at 11am and told her to come back the next day. I'd rather do two late days instead of two predawn days :sleepy:

Checking out the embassy is a good plan too. Talk to the guard to see how it works so there's less anxiety the next morning.
