Vaccination information in DS 260

There is a question in DS 260 "Do you have documentation to establish that you have

received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?"

I didnt recieve any letter from NVC for medical yet , I heard I will get medical letter after submission of DS260

What will be answer of this question , If I mark " No" , what I write in Explain Box ?

My husband put -"I will get the required vaccinations in accordance with U.S. Law at my medical"

We wrote... vaccinations to be given during the medical exam prior to the interview.

Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?

NO

Explain:

VACCINATION WAS ADMINISTERED BUT RECORD NOT AVAILABLE.

Just put yes...because u will be getting medical anyway. Don't worry not bug issue. I had no problems. I'm approved
