Advise on I130 and G325A

Please advise me. We are currently filling the G325a form and the I130 form. My wife is the USC, her mother is USC and dad is Nigerian. She also acquired citizenship by birth. Both her mom and dad are living in Nigeria same with me her spouse, while she is in the US at the moment.

My questions

ON I130

8. date and place of present marriage... do i put town and country only or the registry name?

10. Alien registration number.... someone with SSN, is it applicable?

13. citizenship acquired through.... birth in the US and one parents, mom.. which one do i choose.... certificate of citizenshi}}} how to obtain one

RELATIVE SIDE

13. since my relative has not been in the US,…….. do I complete 14 with none or just leave it?

G325A for USC

applicants employment last five years... Applicant just relocated to US last year september and has not worked before even while in Nigeria but has attempted to further her study, do I put student here? Also she has been looking for job since she entered the US and has not been successful since

last occupation abroad.. put none?

form submitted in connection with an application for... is it okay to select “other” and write” IR1 for spouse”?

Another thing, we have tried for a baby before but it ended in a miscarriage. Is it okay to put a doctor’s report as part of the bona fide relationship evidence.
