We're trying to gather everything together to send off our AOS Packet as my fiancé arrived in the U.S. on Thursday. From what I understand you can send off the I-485 form if you've had all of your shots taken care of at the medical in London. We made sure that Knightsbridge marked that all of his shots are complete but from looking at the form it just says that it's a "personal copy of your vaccination record (US Department of State Form 3025) which you will be required to present upon change of status, enrollment in school and application for work in the U.S.A."

Is this all we need to make a copy of for the AOS?

Yes. They will actually have the original DS-3025 in the file with the other medical results. But sending a photocopy of your photocopy will remind them you have all the required shots and they should look for your UK medical results.

Those got turned in at POE and sent to National Records Center. They will get your AOS application and order your previous file be sent from National Records Center to add to your AOS. Occasionally they lose the file and then have no proof you passed a medical. That's a bummer because you will have to do a new medical exam.

Awesome thanks so much! I was afraid we'd have to go to a doctor to have them fill out another form for us but this will be much easier.
