i start my application on jan 2rd 2015,after one month of waiting without no NOA#1,we called USCIS,they keep telling my wife that that there are so many application on there that we should wait for some days and when she called back after one month they said our money order was not found,we decide to track the money order and it will take another 30to 45 days which we are yet to know what happen to money order.we decide to raise another $420 for another application which we send through post office and track with USPS ,it was delivered on 19th febuary ,until now we ve not receive any email confirming our case,they told us it will take 10 working days and today is exactly the 10 working days.we called again this morning and they said they ve so many applications that we should wait that they are sure of sending us email once our file is open.i am getting frustrated.can someone help me on what to do?we send it to pheonix arinzona
