Montreal Consulate stuck in "Ready"

Hi everyone,

I applied at the Montreal consulate for my H3 visa last week on the 17th.

On the 17th right after my interview it went in Administrative Processing, and went to ready on the 19th. Ever since, my case is updated everyday but nothing is changing and my visa hasn't been issued yet.

I wasn't provided with any 221g slip.

Is there anyone in the same case waiting for their visa while being stuck in Ready after administrative processing?

Does anyone know if the consulate is experiencing trouble printing out visas?

I called the Department of State which informed me that on their screen I was in administrative processing while mine shows ready but she was very comforting by telling me that its the normal Administrative Processing and not the bad one.
