Nebraska Service Center Processing Time

Can someone tell me how long does nebraska service center take to approve the I-130. My husband is a us Citizen, he sent the I-130 petition on sep 29th 2014 and it was received by uscis on oct 3rd which is my priority date. We got NOA1 on oct 11th. Is not from abroad. I am in my country DR and he is un Frorida. Someone with a close priority date to mine has gotten his/her NOA2 from Nebraska ? NOT FROM ABROAD. Thanks

It takes about 5-6 months. I sent mine on Sep. 9th, PD Sep 10th and still waiting for approval.

If you have not been aprroved yet it means it is taking 6 months. I guees I won't be approved until April that is when I reach my 6 months ?

took me 5 months but they transfer me form nebraska to california at 4 months 1 month later got my approval pd was april 14 2014 now i just finish with NVC just waiting to get an interview at the dr embassy

I think nebraska will have to transfer some case. Cuz all other centers are on time less nebraska it is so behind,

$ 420 to check a file is enough for they to check at them in one or three months lol. Well just saying

veryyyy true hopefully they transfer you too cause if they haven't transfer me i would of got an approval around 6 months at thats time !!!

420 is nothing right now at the nvc is more money slower time is the worst part

At NVC you only mke two payments 120 usd first then 325 usd 445 dollars in total. It is almost the same and nvc just take from three to four months to process your case and give u ur appointment at the embassy. Of course without checklist.

I am Dominican and I belong to a forum which all the members that i have even meet in person have just been in NVC no for more than four months. Of course we all have a guide which we call Master and he says to us how we have to fill and do everything. I have not even been approved and I already have my AOS ready. But I guess every case is different

Yes i know im dominican too it took me long to get my aos readyy if not i woud off been done with nvc in december !! Dont forget the medical i heard is 400 dollars

For adults 20 years to 60 the price of the medical exam is 289USD. Be careful

There is a new place allow to do the exam the cost is 230USD.

There are only to places here in Santo Domingo allow to do this exams. Search for Consultorio de visa en Rep Dom. Seleccionas Estados Unidos y te va a salir un cuadro con los precios pada niños adultos y mas adultos. Good Luck

my lawyer told me that Nebraska is the slowest center...

I filed on May 27th, 2014. Still not being interviewed yet.

Thats awful. I have 5 months in Nebraska and still not apprived. I-130 filer.
