Please Help! Waited 66 days (from scan date), I called in and they said we did something wrong (still waiting on email/mail what was wrong. How long will this take about to receive?). I know the lady said we forgot to fill a few things in on the joint sponsors I864. Our sponsor forgot to put her SS Number (Part 4 Item 10) and add the total of her income (Part 6 Item 10). Will we have to fill out the whole joint sponsors I864 out again? If so, send in whole thing with original signature again? Or can I do the part we missed and just send it in?

Being that it seems like a hassle IF we need to fill out the whole joint sponsor I864 and get it signed again.

Rather then waiting for our Joint Sponsor to refill this information out and send it to us then send it to NVC we were "considering" using the immigrants assets.

Is this possible and what would need to be filled out to do so? During the 60 day scan email wait my husband was here on vacation and purchased us a brand new house (which is in his name). It is plenty to use as an asset to cover sponsorship. What needs to be filled out and done?

Would this be a smarter thing to do then having a joint sponsor? I personally do NOT qualify as his wife to sponsor alone as I do not have an income enough to do it.

Any help and advise would be sooo appreciated.
