Hi,

I am in the middle of trying to obtain a K-1 visa for my Thai Fiancee. I have received my NOA2 and she has just received instructions from the Bangkok Embassy.

Is there a Thai translated version of the packet 3 instructions?

I am currently assembling documents to send (copy of I-129f, I-134, etc...) to her in Thailand, and would like to print off a set of instructions in Thai language if possible. She is not fluid in English.

Hopefully someone else can answer your question.

But just curious, how do you communicate with her?

I've read this will be asked at the interview, hopefully you have or can prepare an answer.

Good luck!

We can do it.

Thank you.

She knows basic English and from talking daily through "line" chat. Over the last year and a half, she has improved a lot. She can read basic English too, but I'm not sure about how well she understands all the details in the "packet 3" instructions.

Her part in the process is really the police report & medical which are done in Thai. Download P 3 yourself; scan finished copies to her.

I think you mean she isn't fluent in English. Her ability in English isn't an issue. If she can read and knows basic English this should be easy for her.
