Question regarding the I-765 form under "Who May File"--is the code in brackets (a)(9) or ©(9)? I'm a little confused by the verbiage listed next to the K-1 Visa holder information on the instruction sheet? The example form on VJ says ©(9), but I just wanted to be sure. I'm filling out the forms to the best of my ability so we can be done as soon as possible after our wedding.

Also, do we have to do the worksheet for Form I-765? And for the processing information of AP, what's a general blanket statement for receiving that ability? Other than a casual trip to UK to visit with his friends/family--or is that sufficient enough?
