what are the other DS form aside ds-160 need to be filled up?! I already finish my ds 160. What forms do I need to fiil up for the interview date

Every embassy is different in what forms they may require. You would do better to keep your questions within the Philippines forum for the embassy process. Read the embassy instructions letter for what forms are required.

Sd-156k but dont sign it until you be in front of the condular officer.

DS-156K is not used in the Philippines for the K-1 visa.
