AOS Checklist is different

Hi everyone,

I am getting ready to print out everything for our AOS packet tonight and send it out tomorrow. We got married and my fiance is here on a K1 visa. When i look at everyone else's checklist well they are just huge while ours seems to be short so i am a bit worried. I followed the AOS guide on this site to gather all the documents. Please take a moment to look it over and let me know what you think and i will also have some questions in the end.

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

Copy of travel passport including the K1 visa page

Copy of Form I-797 Notice of Action (NOA2 for I-129F)

Copy of Electronic Form I-94

Birth Certificate with translation (Non USC Wife)

Copy of marriage certificate

G-325A

6 Passport Photos

Form DS-3025 Vaccination Documentation Worksheet

I-864 Affidavit of support

Most recent tax return IRS Tax Transcript for 2013

I-765 Application for Employment Authorization

I-131 Application for Travel Document

Please let me know if anything is missing or any other problems.

Question about the photos. Do i have to send 6? Two for I-485, two for travel document and two for employment authorization?

Copy question. Some of the same documents are required for the same petitions, like the I-94 is required for the I-864, for the I-765 and I-131. Does this mean i have to make 3 copies so that each petition has a copy?

Do i have to send bank statements and letter from employer?

Yes you do need 6 photographs. And you should seperate them onto each application.

I sent each application with its own photocopy of passport and visa and I-94.

I didn't send any bank statements nor work letter, I included w2s, payslips and tax forms.

And I just got my EAD.
