06.24.07 Married!!!! xxxxxxx

07.23.07 Sent off AOS/EAD Express Mail

07.24.07 Email notification that package received!!!! (Day 1)

08.08.07 Money Orders Cashed (Day 16)

08.13.08 Biometrics letter rec. Still no NOA1 (Day 21)

08.27.07 RFE for tax transcript (sent already!!)

08.28.07 NOA1 date, received 09.02.07

09.04.07 Biometrics for AOS & EAD (Day 43)

09.18.07 RFE received by USCIS. Processing resumed.(Day 57)

10.04.07 Card Production ordered EAD..Woohoo!!!! (73 Days)

10.15.07 EAD card delivered in post as well as Approval email

10.15.07 Email to say Im on my way to California!

11.29.07 Card production ordered, still waiting for daughters!

12.04.07 received Green card in post!

Hope it all goes smoothly, Amanda & Chris (oh, and have a good flight over here on Thursday!).... and good luck with yours too, Chloe!! Looking forward to seeing lots of good news on here very soon! :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

still no word yet from Chris. He promised to call me straight away. I am expecting word any minute really.

Chloe: Yours is so soon... GOOD luck to you too.

PJC~ He said last night that it was fine. Very small but fine. He says there are lots of good resturants around but he was to nervous to try anything ethnic last night.

I am relaxed and breathing. I am so excited for the next few weeks. Honestly you guys are amazing.

I will get back to you as soon as I know something!

WE GOT IT! Chris just called! Expect the visa in 2-3 days!! Awesome! I can finally believe that our wedding will be in JUNE! Thanks again guys and good luck for everyone for the future! Time to pack and fly out!

August.20.2007 Advance parole came in post...wow that was quick.
August.24 2007 Got interview date for 5th oct.
October 5, 2007 Approved!
October.11.2007 Welcome letter came in mail.
October.18.2007 Greencard in mail...yayyayayayayay
July 13th 2009- here we go again..Removal of Conditions.
July 17th 2009- Check cashed.
July 20th 2009- NOA received.receipt date 07/15/09.
Aug 10th 2009- Biometrics appointment @ 11am.
Nov 20th 2009 -10 year Green Card arrive.
