Hey all!

Had 2 questions regarding the I-129F process. I'm about to submit my I-129f document but was looking for some clarification.

1) The letter of intent, cover letter, and actual package should all be addressed to the Lockbox in Lewisville, TX correct? I'm planning on sending 1145 to get confirmation.

2) For the evidence, I was planning on using my Passport stamps and my fiancée's Passport stamp. We were planning on scanning just the front information page and the pages that have the stamps. But then, reading some threads here, people have received an RFE for only scanning the stamp page. I've seen recommendations to scan every single page of the passport. Should we scan every single page of the passport? I'm planning to also scan my US birth certificate as the required document.

1. The letter of intent does not need an address. If you want to put an address, you can just write the address to where you are actually mailing the petition.

2. If using passport stamps as evidence of meeting in person, you only need a copy of the bio page and the relevant pages that have the passport stamps.

Ohh, that's where I'm a little confused.

I thought my I-129F petition package had to be sent to Lewisville TX (I'll be using the 1145 to get confirmation)?

I assumed the letter of intent and cover letter had to have the same Lewisville, TX address.

Yes The !-29f package will be sent to the Lewisville TX address. You will send everything together and put the address on the shipping envelope. You do not have to write the address on the letter on the intent.

If you are sending in a copy of your birth certificate for evidence of USA citizenship, then yes you can just send in copy of your passport stamp pages and bio page

That is what I did and had no RFE for that

The address you would write on the cover letter = the address you would write on the letter of intent = the address you will write on the envelope to mail the petition.

They are all the same address: the Texas lockbox address.
