Hello,

So I just received a checklist and I'm very Confused. It lists my father's name with I864 even though he's my second sponsor and I had filled out 864A for him.

It says I need to fill out country of domicile in part 4, item 5. Which doesn't exist on 864A. So I'm assuming they want me to fill it out for my mom, for whom I had filled out I864. I didn't know it couldn't be left blank considering all her income, current address, etc is of US. isnt it common sense that it would be her country of domicile?

Again it says in part 6, item 13.a, "You must include your 2013 tax and income information." which I had. I don't understand why they didn't see that??

Is it possible that this checklist has come in error? I've been calling NVC for last hr, I keep getting an automatic machine that says they're busy and to try again later.

Can anyone give any pointers? Thanks!

It happened to me. It only stated my mother in laws name all the three correction which includes my wife, father in law & mother in law. Till today I didn't received corrected checklist and my interview is on 24th feb. You need to call NVC to clearify this.
