Guessing NVC is Closed Today Due to Weather - Phone System Improvement

OK, While I assume NVC is closed today due to weather, you would think someone could put that in the phone message up front! After listening to menu choices in English and Spanish for about 3 minutes you press the option and are abruptly told they are closed and to call back during business hours.

So what's with the Spanish without a prompt to either do English or Spanish???

And they think the new phone system is an improvement - where is the accountability for this agency???

i called nvc too, a few minutes ago at its only 0758pm right now and the booce prompt said that they are close at the momeng ant to call back metween monday-friday from 0700am to 1200 midnight. what is going on with nvc?
