Hello VJ,

My husband recently got his 10 year green card :dancing::dancing: in which he completed biometrics for in May 2014. He is planning on applying for his citizenship at the end of April. So my question is, does he still have to pay the $85 for N400 biometrics even though his previous results are current?

Thanks

Yes. The fee is required. There's bo guarantee that he'll be interviewed before his current biometrics expire. If you don't include the $85 they will return the application. In all likelihood he will have to have his biometrixs taken anyway even if the current data is still valid.

Thanks @JimmyHou. I was kind of hoping that he did not have to send that in but it is what it is.
