Please tell me what cases that need irs 1722 or irs 1040? My case is petition Fiance.

I know that for Thailand, neither the packet 3 nor the packet 4 instructions said anything about needing tax returns, except if you are self employed (for the I-134). I sent tax transcripts for Pao to take to her interview, just in case they asked, but they never did.

My fiance is a student ,he will finish in July 2007.In 2005 and 2006 he only work part-time.So his income is very low,his sister will be cosponsor for us. We prepared documents : W2,tax return, bank statement , employment letters, and explaination letter of my fiance and his siter( co-sponsor). Please let me know what documents that we need to interview ??
