Hello VJ,

  • Smile :) (despite the stress )
  • Appointment Letter ( P4)
  • 2 Passport size picture with name at the back
  • Medical results ( sealed )
  • DS-260 and DS-261 confirmation page Don't need the DS-261 confirmation page.
  • AOS and IV invoice and receipt copies Completely unnecessary, the case wouldn't be at this point if the bills hadn't been paid.
  • Original Marriage certificate (with 2 photocopies)
  • Original Birth Certificate ( with 2 photocopies)
  • Original NBI clearance from Philippines ( with Photocopy)
  • Copy of UAE police clearance
  • Copy of Qatar Police clearance
  • Wedding pictures, pictures with family and friends, and picture of trips together
  • Air ticket, Hotel receipt, movie ticket and boarding passes of recent trips
  • Screenshots of exchange yahoo emails , whatsapp chats, Skype videocall logs
  • Copy of AOS package submitted to NVC Not needed, the original is in the file.
  • Husbands 3 months recent paystubs Not needed, they already have what they need in the file.
  • Copy of I-130 package submitted to USCIS Just bring copies of the relationship evidence that was sent to USCIS, don't bring a copy of the forms (I-130, G-325A, etc.), copies of those forms are not needed at this point.

*I attached also the documents status and code from the P4.

Can’t wait till this process is over and be with my husband soonest.

Thanks everyone. VJ has always been a great help with our process.

  • DS-260 and DS-261 confirmation page

Hi C and S, I have just one small thing to add, when I registered for usvisa-info.com to register my appointment / courier the confirmation informed me to " print this instruction page and bring it with you, along with the appointment letter, to the Consular interview. " (see attached).

I also received two emails from this portal, which I printed for completeness:

Email 1: 3 bar codes, this appears to be a duplication of the DS-260 confirmation (case #, DS-260 confirmation # plus passport #)

Email 2: Confirmation of my courier selection details

beharrr , I am not really sure about the portal. I log in once but I ddnt received any email from them.

also one lady who has done the process in Abu Dhabi Embassy a month ago told me that the courier service is not true for CR1. Cr1 visa should be personally picked up at the embassy on the date specified after the interview.

Only K1 and non immigrant visa will be pick up through EMPOST. that's what I did for my tourist visa 2 years ago.

Hi - you are probably right, to be honest the email is mishmash of K1 and CR1 terminology the more I look at it ...
