HELP! Wrong First and Middle Name in I-219F, NOA1, NOA2

My fiancee put the wrong name and middle name in our I-129F petition and we already got our NOA2. I have two first names and she accidentally put my second first name as my middle name. We only noticed today when we check back the I-129F letter. What should we do to correct this? Need help.

Don't bother contacting USCIS at this point, you are past them. Don' t bother contacting NVC, they won't fix it. DO contact the embassy by email, per the instructions in the link below under the USEM tab, then scroll down to contact info for the embassy.

Every document you complete for the visa application at the embassy do correctly. Forms for the medical at St. Luke's complete correctly.

If there are still questions come interview time the CO during the interview can make corrections also.

Why call USCIS... case file isn't there anymore?

Thank you so much Hank! We double check forms (that's why we notice my fiancee messed up on I129F) and have everything correctly.

I have 2 First Names which is common for Filipinos. So my birth name is 2 First Names + Middle Name + Last Name. And my fiancee said that for Americans is not common to have 2 so she just assumed I have 2 Middle Names.

I can think of a few areas of the country where two first names are common.... Right Billy Joe Bob?
