My citizenship : pending case

I applied for my citizenship since mid 2012 , I passed the interview on September of the same year but they held my case and stil until now , I asked the help of my state congess men , on June 2012 they told me that they have all what it need to make a dissusion and they need a maximum of two months period but they never made it , I checked back with them last month at the information window they told me the same agent that told a dissusion gonna be made soon did but you case in hold few days before that !!

Please I need help , I'm not able to move on with my life , my wife waiting overseas

Please read this similar situation. You should have been approved or denied years ago.

Go for an info pass or ask the senator help.

if you don't get a decision within a month , go ahead and seek a judicial review, under section 1447b.The good thing that you can get your attorney fees back , if you sue them using a lawyer

Don't feel afraid to sue them.

find a lawyer who has experience in legislative cases.
