how do you know that they got your documents? does is usually take 60 days reviewing ??

you will need to call them. Last time I sent docs it took them 16 days to open the email and confirm they received the docs. So call them closer to the end of the month. They also send emails saying they received your docs but not everyone receive these emails so call to make sure.
