Hey guys.

Before everyone starts throwing stones at me ;) ....I did use the search function but couldn't find an answer.

I received a fix it ticket about 2 years ago because my car registration wasn't in the car. I had somehow lost it or left it at home. I don't remember the specifics anymore. Anyway, I mailed a copy of my registration with the fix-it ticket fee and that was the end of it. I think it was like $15 or $20. Should I mention this on the n-400? If yes....from what I gather I am going to need proof that it has been paid. I don't have the ticket anymore or any idea where I mailed this to so I wouldn't even be sure who to call. I was driving from LA to Bakersfield so I think I mailed it up there somewhere. I mean, would a current car registration be proof enough that it has been paid? Obviously they wouldn't issue you a new registration unless you pay all your tickets.

Anyway, THANKS GUYS!!! YOU ARE THE BEST HERE.

Well, I was driving and got pulled over and then he asked for my registration. I know this sound stupid....obviously I was driving because why else would a cop ask for your car registration haha BUT i just want to make sure that's still considered non-moving as you said and that I don't need to mention it. Thank you.
